Steven brings decades of military leadership and operational experience to Still Breathing Equine. As an active-duty Marine and Purple Heart recipient, he understands first hand the demands placed on those who serve.

Beyond the program itself, he is equally hands-on in the daily care of SBE’s horses and the maintenance of the property, helping ensure the herd and the space they call home are cared for each day.

His leadership helps ensure every session reflects the organization's commitment to professionalism, safety, and genuine connection. Steven's calm presence and dedication to mentorship continue to shape the culture of SBE.
