Still Breathing Equine was created for people whose lives have been dedicated to serving something greater than themselves. Whether that service has been in the military, as a first responder, or in continued support of their community, we recognize that carrying responsibility for others often comes with invisible challenges.

Although every journey is unique, many Active Duty Service Members, Veterans, and First Responders experience operational stress, transition, loss, burnout, or the cumulative weight of serving others. Our mission is to provide a place where those burdens can be set down, even if only for a few hours.

Everyone who comes through our gates is welcomed with dignity, respect, and compassion. There are no expectations to share your story, no pressure to talk, and no judgment. Just a peaceful environment, a supportive community, and a herd of horses that meet people exactly where they are.
